Absolutely disgusting service, we picked our vehicle up on the 23/12/24 and to begin with Alan was quite pleasant but on our way home the vehicle broke down (we had onl done 4 mile). We rang Alan straight away and to be honest he didn't seem surprised that the vehicle had broken down, i had my wif and son with me and a he said was take it home and he will collect it in the morning..... as we were nearer to his home than ours i decided to take the vehicle back to him, the vehicle seemed to be in limp mode so would only go really slow, when we finally got the car back to him he didn't give a dam he just said here are you keys back to our vehicle and said bye.He wouldn't even look at me, he didn't ask if myself my wife and young son were ok, he never offered to have the car looked at he just get he would cancel the deal and asked us to leave.I would never ever recommend this garage to anyone, STAY AWAY...... i had to give one star because it would not leave a no star.....

Good afternoon Thankyou for leaving us some feedback, we appreciate feedback whether it’s positive or negative, However I must explain and correct yourself in some of the comments you have made Against my company name, So initially you called up on the 19/12 2024 at 9.09 Am to enquire if this car was still available to which it was, you arranged the finance with zuto finace which they agreed to and payed out for the car on the 20/12/2024 at 2.45 pm, following that day we had a discussion on the phone at 17.26 pm that you wanted 12 months with the car to which I agreed with, The car passed it’s not the following day, You called back to say you would like the advisory’s to be sorted on the mot which I agreed to. After this was done you came down to pick the car up on the 23/12/2024 at 4.49 pm and you drove away approximately half an hour after. following on from this you called me at 5.35 pm to say a warning light had come on the dash and you was a few minutes from home to which my reply was if you can get it back home I will come over the following morning and come and sort it out for you in which you reply was “I want to bring the car back to you” which I agreed to, Upon your arrival I made the decision to cancel the sale and handover the money back due to the fact it was Christmas Eve the next day and I couldn’t get the car inspected until January the 6th when everywhere was back open, I thought it would be extremely unfair for you to go back home without the car and to spend Christmas with this hanging over you, Now to correct some of your liable comments against me. To say “He didn’t give a dam he just said here are your keys” if you read the previous 2 sentences that would show my thinking in why I cancelled the sale, Also I never once said “Can you please leave” And your comment “He wouldn’t even look at me he didn’t ask if my wife and son were okay” when you arrived back on site your wife was the first one to approach me while you was still getting out the car and my first worlds were” I am sorry for the experience you have had” All this is backed up by my CCTV which has voice activation which can hear and see everything which I’m more than happy for you to come over and we can sit together and it will back up everything I say. The review you left (which you are fully entitled to do) isn’t a true reflection of me and my customer service I followed the correct procedure in dealing with the matter in which if something is not to the customers expectations they are entitled to full refund in which I did (Also we paid for your fuel expense so you was not out of pocket in anyway shape or form. As I said to you sometimes these second hand cars to cause the odd issue in your case it was a faulty sensor which has been fully rectified now I only hope we can draw a line under this and move on, I wish you the best in your pursuit in buying your next car but I felt that I had to give my side of the story for fairness, Regards Ap automotive sales ltd

Highly recommend AP Automotive Sales , I’ve recently bought my second car from here and nothing is too much trouble, always on the end of the phone with any queries and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy , I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again , totally trustworthy seller .

We bought an ex fleet car from Arun today. It was for us, a lot of money to spend, and the high mileage concerned me a little, but Arun totally put my mind at ease. He is simply a really nice, genuine guy. He set off from his house at 0530 on a Saturday morning to deliver the car too us, 160m away in Gatwick, so that we weren't without a car. The car itself was exactly as described, it was in excellent condition. I asked Arun if he could send me more detailed pictures, and answer more detailed questions about the car, which he did without hesitation. I'd definitely buy another car from him without hesitation.

I really recommend AP Automatives and Arun the owner. He drove the car to me personally as I was medically unable to collect it (a round trip of 220miles). Car was in very good condition and Arun went through all the paperwork and the operation of the vehicle in detail. Honest and reliable a lovely bloke.

I’ve had my car from Arun around a month now and I don’t have a single regret. He was so helpful from the start, really informative when showing me around and answered all my questions even ones I hadn’t thought of asking 🤣 so so pleased with my new car and Arun even offered to add warranty on once the manufacturer warranty has ran out. Thanks again Arun ☺️
